BBS Core is published and represented by Simohamed Aït-Oujoudi, founder of BB-Services Genève SNC.
BBS Core is hosted by a professional provider in Europe. Personal data is processed per our privacy policy. Swiss hosting (Infomaniak) may apply under a SOUVERAIN mandate, by explicit contract only.

The BBS Core platform, factory, SIMOH agent, technical architecture, templates, atelier method, visual identity and associated source code are the exclusive property of BB-Services Genève SNC.
A client mandate grants a licence to use the deployed instance under the client's brand, within contract scope. Source code is never transferred, except under a separate written agreement.
Any reproduction, adaptation, reverse engineering, resale or white-label use outside a signed mandate is prohibited.
